What's new for 2010.
The 2010 model year marks a significant mid-cycle refresh for the fourth-generation Altima. The exterior receives a facelift with a restyled front fascia, including a new grille, hood, and sharper headlights. Inside, the cabin is upgraded with higher-quality materials and new fabric designs. Technology sees a major boost with an enhanced navigation system featuring a larger touchscreen, Bluetooth streaming audio, and digital music storage. The trim lineup is also revised, with the 3.5 SE being renamed to the 3.5 SR.
